I’ve been a hairstylist for over 20 years, and I still love what I do. Curly hair is my specialty, but I enjoy working with every hair type and texture. I love creating beautiful, personalized hair that helps people feel like the best version of themselves.

For me, great hair is only part of the experience. I believe in creating a space where people feel comfortable, seen, and genuinely cared for. I value the human connection that comes with this craft, and I hope every client leaves feeling lighter, more confident, and maybe even a little transformed.

I’m a mom to three boys who keep life full and adventurous. I love being active, spending time outdoors, and connecting with the people around me. Creativity, kindness, and meaningful relationships are at the heart of who I am - and they’re the same values I bring into the salon every day.

Ryan Berekoff
EXPERIENCE
With over 20 years in the industry, my career has taken me from Vancouver to London, Montréal, and now Victoria. Along the way, I’ve worked with Toni & Guy, assisted at London Fashion Week, been recognized as one of L’Oréal’s top colourists, and owned my own salon in Cambridge, England. Every experience has shaped the stylist I am today.

I specialize in precision cutting and personalized colour, creating beautiful, healthy hair that’s tailored to each client’s style and lifestyle. My goal is to provide a relaxed, welcoming experience where you feel heard, cared for, and leave feeling confident with hair you truly love.

When I’m not behind the chair, I love exploring the world through travel, nature, food, and culture, and have been fortunate enough to visit 43 countries. I believe life’s best experiences come from creativity, connection, and a sense of adventure - and I bring that same philosophy into my work every day.

After qualifying as a stylist in 2003, I worked in salons across Scotland and England, before moving to Montreal where I refined my skills in cutting, colouring and naturally textured hair before settling in Victoria.
